Customer-centric tax solutions
The TurboTax mobile team was primarily focused on building apps that would simplify tax filing at the end of the year for our customers. These apps ranged from simple mobile filing (for customers with relatively basic tax situations), to a suite of apps that were meant to capture year-around tax related details to make end-of-year filing much simpler.

Overview
I joined Intuit as a Sr. UX Designer for Intuit’s mobile and next-gen tax preparation solutions. My work included partnering with several cross-functional teams to design, test, and develop a suite of mobile tax applications, as well as an entirely new user-centered customer experience for TurboTax.
